In 1987, Mr. Hiawatha Williams opened his first Williams Chicken® Drive-Thru Eatery in Dallas, Texas. Today, there are over 40 Williams Chicken® stores in operation. The majority of the Williams Chicken® stores are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. However, store locations now include South, East and West Texas, along with Northern Louisiana. Come grow with us! Our expansion will focus on locations which offer off-road visibility. Notwithstanding our market research, the real secret to our success is the company's philosophy: To Serve, Grow and Give Back to the Community™ .
